Account deletion

Request deletion of your BojuCare Owner account

You can request deletion of your BojuCare Owner account and associated personal data here without reinstalling the app.

Effective date: 21 July 2026

Submit your request

  1. Use the button below and send the request from the email address associated with your BojuCare account.
  2. Keep the app name and package identifier in the message, and add your clinic name when applicable.
  3. We may request limited additional information to verify that you own the account or are authorised to act for the clinic.
Email deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, email [email protected] with the subject “BojuCare Owner account deletion request.”

What happens after verification

  • We close your owner login, revoke active sessions, and delete or de-identify personal account data that is not required for security, contractual, or legal reasons.
  • Closing your BojuCare Owner login removes your app access. It does not automatically require your veterinary clinic to erase clinical or financial records that it is legally or professionally responsible for maintaining.
  • We will explain the expected completion timeline and any information that must be retained after we verify your request.
