BojuCare Clinic privacy policy

BojuCare Clinic is a BojuCare application for authorised staff of participating veterinary clinics. This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the app.

Information we process

Account and contact details, including staff names, email addresses, phone numbers, clinic roles, and clinic details.
Pet and owner profiles, appointments, clinical notes, vaccinations, prescriptions, invoices, inventory records, and uploaded documents entered by authorised clinic users.
App activity, audit events, notification preferences, message-delivery status, and device push tokens.
Camera input when a user chooses to scan a BojuCare QR code. BojuCare Clinic does not request microphone access.

How information is used

We use information to provide authenticated access, clinic and owner workflows, care records, bookings, reminders, billing records, security controls, support, and service reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared between a pet owner and their linked clinic only as needed to provide BojuCare services. Authorised clinic staff may access information according to their assigned role. We also use contracted hosting, communications, notification, and payment-service providers where needed to operate the service. These providers process information for the services they supply. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect users, clinics, or BojuCare from fraud, abuse, or a security threat.

Security and retention

BojuCare uses authenticated sessions, role-based access controls, HTTPS network connections, and operational logging to protect information. Information is retained while needed to provide the service and for security, dispute resolution, contractual commitments, or legal and veterinary-record obligations. A participating veterinary clinic may have its own professional duty to retain clinical records.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal account information. Some clinical, audit, or financial records may need to be retained where law or a clinic's professional obligations require it. We will explain any applicable retention when responding to a verified request.
