Request deletion of your BojuCare Clinic account

You can request deletion of your BojuCare Clinic account and associated personal data here without reinstalling the app.

Use the button below and send the request from the email address associated with your BojuCare account.
Keep the app name and package identifier in the message, and add your clinic name when applicable.
We may request limited additional information to verify that you own the account or are authorised to act for the clinic.

If the button does not open your email app, email [email protected] with the subject “BojuCare Clinic account deletion request.”

For a staff account, we close the login, revoke active sessions, and delete or de-identify personal account data that is not required for security, audit, contractual, or legal reasons.
A clinic manager may request closure of the clinic's BojuCare workspace. We will verify that the requester is authorised to act for the clinic before processing a workspace-level request.
Clinical, financial, and veterinary records may need to be retained by the clinic or BojuCare where law, professional obligations, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or an active contract requires it. We will explain any applicable retention in our response.
